- Phytosanitary Certificate must state the type of treatment (Kiln-drying); the length of the kiln-drying treatment (number of hours); and the highest temperature at which the wood was held for 3 hours or more during the kiln-drying. The length and temperature of the kiln-drying must be provided by the mill as a signed statement on company letterhead.
